Puzzlewood felt like the edge of an old story. Ferns spilled over the rocks, roots twisted around the path and every turn seemed to hide another passage. Everything was close, green and slightly enchanted.

Afterwards, we went to Symonds Yat Rock. The change felt immediate: one moment I was surrounded by moss and trees, and the next I was looking across an enormous stretch of the Wye Valley.

I loved seeing the River Wye curve around the fields below. It was bright, windy and completely open — a very different kind of beautiful from the forest we had just left. 🌿 → 🏞️
